Terms of Service & Affiliate Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between DirectOffersMedia LLC, a Montana corporation, and the individual or entity registering as an Affiliate or Advertiser ("Partner").

1. Participation and Account Security

By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. DirectOffersMedia reserves the right to request "Know Your Customer" (KYC) documentation at any time. Failure to provide this within 48 hours will result in account suspension.

2. Anti-Fraud & Traffic Quality Standards

FRAUD IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

DirectOffersMedia employs sophisticated AI-driven fraud detection. The following activities will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

• Incentivized Traffic: Providing rewards for clicks/leads unless the offer is explicitly marked as "Incent Allowed."
• Technical Deception: Cookie stuffing, iframing, or hiding the referrer URL.
• Virtual Private Networks: High percentages of VPN/Proxy traffic will trigger an automatic audit.
• Misleading Creatives: Using "Fake News," "Celebrity Endorsements," or "Scareware" tactics.

3. Payment Schedule and Disputes

Payments are issued on a Net-07 basis unless otherwise negotiated. The minimum payout threshold is $50.00 USD. If an Advertiser disputes a lead due to poor quality or fraud, DirectOffersMedia reserves the right to "Chargeback" or deduct those earnings from the Partner's balance.

4. Intellectual Property

Partners are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the marketing materials provided in the dashboard. You may not modify any "DirectOffersMedia" trademarks or logos without written consent.

5. Indemnification & Governing Law

You agree to indemnify and hold DirectOffersMedia LLC harmless from any claims arising from your marketing activities. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of Gallatin County, Montana.
